The constitution states that the aims of
this voluntary organisation are:
to act as a coordinating agency and a public
voice for the Association.
to promote the welfare of and develop interest
in Children’s Services in the Kimberley and Pilbara regions.
to work in close collaboration and liaise
with all bodies interested in Children’s Services.
to encourage the provision of suitable
facilities for Children’s Services in the Kimberley and
Pilbara regions.
to promote and encourage training courses,
conferences, workshops and seminars for all Children’s
Services personnel.
to print, publish or join in printing or
publishing any newspapers, periodicals, journals, or books which
the Association may from time to time think desirable.
to have regard for and promote the interests
of the cultural, language and other special needs of the children
and families of the Kimberley and Pilbara regions.
to operate as a public benevolent institution.
to adopt any other object which may
be considered appropriate by members.
